Policy Against Rape and Sexual Violence

North Park University is committed to the safety and well-being of each one of our students, faculty, and staff. We truly value people and strive to be a community characterized by integrity, diversity, collegiality, fairness, compassion, and joyful living. As a University, we will not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or retaliation by any person in any form directed against students, faculty, or staff.

Sexual violence is prohibited by federal and state laws (including Title IX) as well as North Park policy. North Park is committed to preventing sexual violence by educating the campus community, providing support services to victims of sexual violence, investigating promptly and thoroughly alleged incidents of sexual violence, disciplining student and employee offenders for any such acts of violence, and implementing any additional remedial measures reasonably necessary to allow a victim of sexual violence to continue full participation in the benefits of campus life.
